Blood work back

 I just had blood work done. I am 9 weeks post op from my surgery and I can now say that I am officially not a diabetic anymore and my cholesterol is now normal which has not been in many years. Potassium is still low but working its way up and prayerfully will continue to be on the rise. :)

great news! I get mine done next week. I remember how happy I was when I got to stop my blood pressure medicine at 3 months. You must be thrilled not to be diabetic anymore!

Hope all is going great with you!  Didn't get to the gym this weekend (last time on Friday), but, I got some yardwork done this weekend, and some stuff taken out of the attic to Goodwill, so, I feel good about that!!!
