If it could be a little warmer out that would be nice, I'm getting tired of winter and being cold! :)  Make it happen, will ya?!

On a side note, hope everyone is doing well

I agree but Spring is right around the corner! Congratulations on the weight loss! I am slowly but surely headed in the right direction. I am about 84 lbs. from my goal and it has only been 6 months since surgery. I hope to be there by the end of the year. Are you going to support group on the 15th?
I plan on being there haven't seen you since like November!

Not sure if I'll be able to attend that one or not, depends on how my wife's work schedule falls.  Usually I am only able to go to the one at the first Friday of the month, but if I can then I will be there :)  Your doing great as well!  I can't wait till Spring/Summer/anything above 60 Degrees lol

Talk to ya soon :)

I went for a 4.6 mile walk/jog last night OUTSIDE!  It was so great to be outdoors again.

hi guys, I am poking my head in fior the first time in a LONG time. Nice to see others from around my surgery date. I am going back to the gym today, have had quite a few surgeries and some complications which all ended up being gallbladder related. I should have been back to the gym a month ago, been SO busy. I feel like I need to get back to business and back on the train, so reading you guys updates makes me feel even more ready for that. Thanks.

Congratulations on your fantastic loss!!!  A big woot-woot here for getting back to the gym and staying active...the surgery doesn't do the work by itself, huh?  I'm glad to be at the gym myself...it's nice to be able to use my body for something other than a sofa-based paper-weight.  *grin*

Best of luck!  Keep up the good work!

thanks Dave, I had the bypass May 20 last year, then a pretty fast succession of surgeries. They thought my pain was from a hernia, then adhesions, then discovered I DID have gallbladder issues, and had to have an ercp that failed after 3 hrs on the surgical table, THEn had to have Dr Ts first ever ercp on a bypass patient, which meant cutting through the old stomach to get to the stones near my pancreas, remove those, reclose the old stomach, take out the gallbladder, sluice out stones, cut the end of the duct so I couldnt retain any they might have missed, and voila! Good as new. 5 pretty big surgeries, the last one in Feb. THINK Im good now. I did get to the gyn today, and enjoyed that feeling of peace I get there. Not sure what it is, but I like it. Thanks for the encouragement. Michelle
