Met with the Surgeon, Surgery Scheduled!

Hi all! Keep reading the posts to educate myself on the possibilities post surgery....
I met with my surgeon, Dr. Cobean, Feb. 9. Surgery scheduled April 11. Was dissapointed that the surgery date is so far away, but it gives me time to lose more weight. I have lost 27 pounds since last October (on my own, no requirement to do so from my insurance or the program) because I want the lap procedure to go well. I am using the time to do more reading and following the posts......thank you for all your posts....you are inspiring!

Congrats on your date and on losing weight!  It'll only make the surgery easier for you!  Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!
