Hello all I have not been on here in a long time, I am 4 1/2 years post op and for the last 2+ months have been having severe abdominal pain and it seems to be getting worse. The pain woke me up last night and I could not go back to sleep. I have been to my pcp and she ran blood work last month nothing showed.  She ordered an ultra sound all normal. She then gave me pepsid and mylox, both of which do not help. I am at a loss and the pain is so bad I am thinking of the emergency room tonight. Any ideas anyone else have this issue

A friend of mine had a virus that lasted several months and it involved stomach pain.

Where is your pain?  Do you still have your gallbladder?  Hope you get some help...call your doc or go to the ER if the pain is that bad!  Don't mess around with it!
Keep us posted!

I went through all of that too and it finally resloved itself. But if you are in that much pain I vote for the ED.  Good luck, keep us posted!

is the pain on the right side, just beneath your ribcage? If so, it could well be gallbladder. Nothing to mess with. Call Dr T and ask, she was awesome with identifying my pain and fixing it. BAD bad pain. Best wishes.
