Almost time to meet my surgeon

I have done all my steps to get to the surgeon. I have one more appt with the Nutritionist! I have my cupboards cleaned out and filled with HighxcProtein/Low Carb liquids! I am getting excited and nervous at the same time! I have been waiting for a long time! WOO HOO!! :)

I am at the same point you are! I have complete the steps and my medical record has been forwarded to the surgeon's office as of Friday, 1/7/11!! I am now awaiting a call from the surgeon's office to schedule my appointment and hopefully schedule surgery. I have been cloud 9 since Friday!! Keep us posted....and I will do the same...

I had an appointment with Dr. Dayhim a couple of weeks ago due to some pain I've been having. She didn't do my surgery. I had it 10 years ago with Dr. Clough but he's retired. I really liked her a lot. She was pleasant, non-judgmental (I've gained back some weight) and is very, very smart! It made me feel reassured and confident in her abilities. She's doing a scope this month to see if I have an ulcer (for me a pre-op issue).
