So quiet here lately

Wow it's been very quiet here lately.  Hope everyone is doing well and surviving (and even enjoying)  the holiday season. 

Things are pretty steady for me.  Seems like I fight with the same 5 or so pounds pretty regularly.  But I haven't been exercising like I should, so that's partly my own fault.  I just haven't gotten in a good routine since I moved in August.  I keep saying "next week".  I know I just need to make it a priority, but it's so easy to break a good habit and so hard to get it back.

I'm speaking at my surgeon's informational seminar this week and I'm so nervous.  I need to get some before pictures together and some sort of idea of what to say.  It's hard because I know everyone wants glitter and rainbows, but we all know it's a lot more than that.  So I'm going to try to find a realistic balance and go with that.

I am having some pain once a month   got to talk to nurse today and see if it should be checked

feels like  gas but even after  gas x still hurts sitting down  goes away when i walk around.  then last nite after i got off bus for second time i lost contents (which) which pouch was empty.  sorry  tmi  so not sure what is going on  happens like once a month.

Glad to hear you are doing well. Didn't realize you moved, hope that is going well also.  Enjoy the Holidays, I know I am and then I will have to diet to get it to go away... I refuse to deprive myself for the rest of my life.  I just have to balance it.
