When is the next EMMC support group meeting?

Hello!

I'm bummed that I missed the support group meeting last week. I'm an old WLS graduate and am working hard at getting back on track. I used to go to meetings and do all of the things I was supposed to do but unfortunately, my enthusiasm wore off a few years into this new lifestyle and I've gone back to some bad habits and gained about 40 pounds.

I look forward to connecting with people so hopefully that won't happen again!

EMMCsupport  groups  are the first  friday  and  third tuesday of the month


the next one is December 21  at  4:30  second floor emmc  mason  auditorium
