Good morning

Anyone else tired of the rain?! rain rain go away!  How is everyone doing?  I had a good time at last Fridays EMMC meeting, hope everyone is doing well, kinda nervous about the holidays coming up, I've always looked forward to eating all the yummy foods...but now I guess I'll actually have to make conversation with my family lol.

I still enjoy the foods, just a bite or two instead of a plate or two!  I wish the meetings were a little later so I could get there. I've enjoyed the two I've been to.

I am so sick of the rain!  I'd rather see snow! I am also nervous about the Holidays and food. Hopefully we've learned enough to keep ourselves from overindulging and to eat protein first then the rest.  As for coversation your pretty good at it so that shouldn't be a problem.

Are you going to the meeting on 11/16?

I was actually at that meeting Friday night.  I was one of those who haven't had their surgery yet.  You are doing awesome.  Keep up the awesome job.
