Anthem BC/BS State employee

does anyone know the time it takes to get approved?  my paperwork was submitted a few days ago..

my bcbs was  a couple of weeks the first time  then three days the second time

i started the process in june 2008 went through the classes and meetings that were required. I had surgery in dec 2008. i was approved on the first time around.

Thank you for your responses!  I already got my approval letter...My information was sent to the insurance company on the 13th and approved the 14th!  YIPPY!
