sending prior auth through!

Well, the time us almost here...my docs office is working on getting my prior auth sent through today,so cross your fingers for me!

I have my fingers and toes crossed for you!! I am waiting to hear when I can get my consult with the surgeon! Keep us updated on your date and progress!!

I finally have my date to see my surgeon!  How long before surgery is scheduled after that first visit...anybody? 

I think it is different for each provider...I met me surgeon 6 1/2 months ago, and have not yet had surgery.  Others tell me they met their surgeon closer to the surgery date.  Where are you in the scheme of things?  Have you done everything else that needs to be done?  I had to do 6 months of dietician visits per my insurance....but each insurance is different.  Good luck and hope time passes quickly for you!
