It has been a while since I have posted anything here. To catch you all up, I am currently looking for work and a new home.  I am 14 months out and have lost 207 pounds. I have gone from a 34 plus size to a size 22. I am feeling great. Walking has become routine. I look forward to trying out some cross country skiing and ice skating this winter. I am in great spirits and continue to make progress with my weight loss.  My only complaint on side effects from my rny is GAS. Does it ever, ever go away?  I try not to eat foods that cause this nuisance as it gets really painful sometimes. Well I hope all of you are doing well and are having as good a journey as I am.  Take care all. Have a nice day.

Wowsa!  You are doing great.  I still have gas, I don't think it goes away...

I find that the only trick for me with gas is limiting/eliminating dairy and making sure I don't get backed up . . . but I am not as far out as you are.

Congratulations on your incredible weight loss! Are you still losing? I ask because I started super-sized and I still have a ways to go.
