what you all doing this week or today for your health
well, I woke up late this morning, had a bad dream & I had a terrrible day yesterday. bought some chips and italians for company and ate too much crap. My back and feet are hurting really bad, havn't walked since Friday, got more company coming in today so I need to regroup here, I was so happy with the scale last week, now its back up 2-3 lbs. So, I need to make some meatballs today, groceries, and clean house but I plan on getting in 2 miles. I think my back is hurting cause I sat around too much yesterday. Water, Water, Water Hope I can come back with some more possitive message tomorrow. ya'll have a great day.
well, meatballs are in the crock pot, groceries and laundry are done, now i'm off for 2 miles, will do a power walk/mile (UP steep hill) after a small lunch. rough getting old, having to break up your walking. hope to walk around the lake this weekend with a friend (5 miles) No stopping then, no choice but to keep going.
More for my mental health then my physical health I rode my Harley to work today. It is gorgeous out there! Tonight I have to help DH mow, like most nights in the Summer. Fall we'll get back to our morning exercise and maybe I will finally be able to take off this last thirty pounds, of course cutting out the ****tails would probably do that....
well, just finished 1.5 miles and my right leg is numb, heal pain is shooting up to my knee and to my hip now. I think I need to take some time off from walking. I need to find something to replace it so I don't get out of my schedule. I'm going to try boxing with the punching bag and see what else I can find.
