where is everyone?

Good Monday Morning friends !!

Ok, confession time.  OMG, iwas so bad yesterday I had lazagna for lunch, an italian for supper, a whole one, it took me some time to eat it, but a whole freakin italian.  got on scale and put on 3 lbs.  now, i'm very serious.  I also am upping my walking this week up to 14 miles, my heals are still a little sore but do-able. (will do 2 miles in the morning and one after Dinner) I really need to get down 5 lbs.  by Aug 31st.  so, since I failled at my water last week, I'm going to try again,  i'm tracking on Daily plate, staying under 1000 calories.  anybody wanna 2 week challenge with me??  I've got some big things coming up, vacation in November, some special company coming in Sept and October.  I need to look my best.  so my 3 Goals for the week to accieve this:

1.  46 oz water daily
2.  14 miles of walking
3.  track food on Daily plate / 1000 calories
