good find
so, warning, this might be oversharing but, if I can help someone why the hell not overshare?? so I've had to take stool softners off and on my whole adult life. even more since my last band fill in april, but I havn't been able to make it work for me like I used to. It was too much or not enough. causing tummy cramps and bloating. plus I have cut down on coffee from 2 cups to one and I think that has made a huge difference, but it takes me over an hour to drink one cup and I then try to start eating breakfast, if I have 2 cups It takes me too long and I want to get out for my walk and by the time i get back it's almost 10:30 and I really need to get food in me. But anyway, back on subject. 2 friends of mine have told me how much they love "activia Yogurt" and how great it works. (caution: RNY/sugar issue) but after having one small Activia Yogurt for breakfast 3 days in a row, I"M SO REGULAR AND MY tummy feels good because of it too. I am actually going to buy more so my little man can have one a day too. SO if your a BAnder and looking for a little help, try the "activia Challenge" Good Luck Friends
