2. where are you in your wls process? 2.5 post op/Lap Band
3. Married, kids? yes, 33 years, hubby just retired in May, 2 grown chidren 29 and 32
4. what is your weight loss demons? BOOZE
5. Do you exercise and what do you do? Walk, Kayak, kick board in lake

2. where are you in your wls process? 2 years, 4mos post RNY
3. Married, kids? married 10 years, 3 kids of my own (17, 15, 12) and 4 step kids, 2 step grandbabies that I never see because they are in CA
4. what is your weight loss demons? wine and light potato chips!!!!!! OIIYYYYY
5. Do you exercise and what do you do? Used to be a fanatic about walking, running, and the gym but this past year, with the pain, I usually only walk 2-3x/week, IF that! Sad but true!

3. Married, kids? Yes, sort of - just separated and 2 kids - 19 and 16
4. what is your weight loss demons? snacking and carbs - and snacking on carbs. But I"m doing much better about being aware of what I'm doing and controlling it better.
5. Do you exercise and what do you do? I try to get to the gym 4-5 times a week but I've moved twice in the last 3 weeks (traumatizing - don't ask) so things have been crazy and I haven't been as good about getting there. I will get back on track though. I walk, jog sometimes, do weights, have tried zumba and I'm looking for a Yoga class as well.

2. where are you in your wls process? 2 yrs. 4 mos. post Lap Band --BUT starting over after about 9 or 10 months unfilled.
3. Married, kids? NO, 3 great kids...13,8,7
4. what is your weight loss demons? Carbs & Sweets
5. Do you exercise and what do you do? I do the Leslie Sansone Walk at Home workout and The Biggest Loser workouts 3-4 days a week consistantly, some weeks I manage 5 days.
