Protein drinks

Ok so where can I get them? My Hannaford does not have Unjury? Or is that only online. They do have Atkins shakes which I have heard are ok? Some other big tubs of protein powder. I would like to try some out without buying in such bulk. Anyplace in Lewiston/Auburn area?

I think Unjury is an online only thing.  Have you checked your local GNC store?  You may be able to find something good there.  I use to buy the UltraMet, but they stopped carrying it, so now I have to order that online.  They carry an unflavored protein powder that you can add to just about anything.  GNC can be a little expensive, but they do have options, plus the sales staff can give you info on the products.  I know when I ask the people at Walmart, they look like Bambi in the headlights.  CLUELESS! 
Aside from that, maybe mention this at a support group.  Who know, someone may offer to give you a sample of whatever they use.  :)

There is a GNC right in the Auburn Mall. They carry powders, and have a money back if you don't like it deal. Thats where I get mine.

Unjury is online...sorry!   I used to buy most of mine at GNC, only because of the return policy if I didn't like a flavor.  GNC also has a FEW smaller sized/trial size packages.  Also, you could ask Corinne or Ashley, I know they have samples that you could try in the office.   I have some left overs that I can bring at the next support group if you are going.  Send me a message if you are interested in them.

Some Rite Aids carry GNC protein powders. You'll want to stick to Whey Protein Isolate as that is absorbed best after RNY (if you had RNY).
