prepping for colonscopy

Not  a fun thing to do today but   glad i am not hungry or i would be in trouble.

i love my tool  still only head  hungry   but  if i dont have calories i get   light headed so cant go too long without  substance so drinking   ice tea  and ginger ale today 

bought  popcycle and   jello got them home and bought wrong time they were red purple and blue

Good  thing  i only head  hungry  I can handle that.   be glad tomorrow when i can have my chobani  again.  boy  do i miss that.

I also had blood work today for physical when i get back from  California

yes  routine  screening  my gram died of colon cancer and my dad has had polyps so  need to be screened

Well  that is over with  woo hoo.   I  had a polyp removed.  I will know in  a couple of weeks if it was pre cancerous or not.  if it is i have to be screened again in  3 to 5 years   if not  then not screened again for  10.

was sure hard  trying to drink that crap the second time.  I started at  2 this morning  as it was going down slower than the one before.   but it is over with woo hoo!!!  Got home  had  a little lobster,   and now having yogurt   mmmm  i sure missed my chobani@@@
