Hi all new!!! Hope every one had a happy 4th

Just want to welcome all new members.   and say  hi to  all us oldies.  Though i know we are not very old and  all of us are healthier  now than when we began on our Journey.

I have a sleep apnea test  tomorrow nite and hopefully this time i get off the machine.   I cant sleep with it  and the last time my blood oxygen  went to 85  a couple of times  and  he wants it at  86 so maybe with exercising   it will have gotten better.  

If   it  is still low i am gonna see if he can put me on  oxygen at nite that is a lot  quieter than that machine  that is what they do for my friend in  California but we will see.

I can sleep on my side without mine now, but on my back I still snore. Best of luck!

Hope all went well with your sleep study!   I feel old on here now!  lol  It's all good though!  Keep us posted on how the sleep study went!
