Calculating Inches Lost

I know this is probably a silly question, but based on the health tracker here, I assume that you calculate just one arm and one leg when you figure things out. Either way it looks good -- it would be 47.75 lost since surgery . . . or 58.75 if I am supposed to add both arms and both legs. I just wonder what the really correct way is, LOL.

I am trying to give myself a boost as I have hit a stall, even though I am now exercising an hour a day as per doctor's directions (cardiologist, pulmonary, and GP -- they are ganging up on me!).

I'd say do whatever works for you.  As long as you are consistent and measure the same things the same way each time, you will see the differences!  Sounds like you are doing great!  Keep it up!!! Congrats!
