I month post-op!!

I cannot believe that It's been a month since I had my RNY!! Everything is going very smoothly. I would sooooo do this again, wouldn't think twice about it!! I am down a total of 46 lbs, 21 since surgery. I've also lost 9 inches off the bod!!!! So I am happy with that!! Have a great day everyone!! Thanks for all the support!!

We're only 2 days apart! Isn't this an amazing tool! Have you gotten used to not feeling hungry yet?

31 lbs. lost before surgery! My goal is 150lbs. My surgeon's goal is 110lbs. I just can't imagine that weight right now. Maybe someday . . .

You are doing great!!! Keep up the good work. It is a change of life and of our head. The head issues don't go away we just have to work on them now we dont eat junk all the time. I am proud of us all!!!!!
