BMI of 49.4
I know it sounds like a weird thing to celebrate, but I started with a BMI of almost 80, so I have gone from Super Super Morbidly Obese to Super Morbidly Obese down to "just" Morbidly Obese -- it's a start, right?
The only concerns right now that I have is that it sure seems like I can eat more than I did at first, but a lot of that may be my choice of foods. I confess that I am drinking 2/3 of my protein in favor of eating something I want to eat, like fresh raspberries or strawberries. I have been making a crock pot chicken dish with black beans and corn and I would prefer to eat the beans and corn to the chicken, yet it is the best I can come up with for meat.
I seem to tolerate small amounts of things like shrimp, lobster, salmon, beef . . . but not really pork yet.
I still usually only eat solid food twice a day, sometimes three, but two is more common. I am having an easier time getting the fluid in, so I don't always count anymore.
So all in all, things are going well :)
