2 weeks post-op appointments

WooHoo!

I had both my nutritionist and surgeon 2 week post-op appointments today.  I've lost 15 pounds since surgery.  (Scale at the nut. was .5 lower than my scale at home and at the surgeon was .5 more than the home scale.)

All the steri-strips removed and stitches trimmed.

Now I'm on to Phase 4 diet.  I don't know what I'll have first.  I'm excited, yet scared.

Next appointment barring complications is June 18th.

Any one have a recommendation for a food scale?

congrats. :)  the nirse told me today that I dont have any stitches, just steri strips. Odd huh? Im happy you are doing well.
