i  did sweating to the oldies last nite

it was fun  back felt it so took it easy on the crunches

but just hips a little sore this morning.

tomorrow back to zumba

I  just love exercise.

but i really do when i have someone to do it with and  the dance studio is it

Good for you! I hope your back and hips are feeling better now.

I got into work 25 minutes early!! So I did 20 minutes on the treadmill

I am going to re-commit to exercise on Monday.... Better when I have a partner, I like the competition.
