i did sweating to the oldies last nite
it was fun back felt it so took it easy on the crunches
but just hips a little sore this morning.
tomorrow back to zumba
I just love exercise.
but i really do when i have someone to do it with and the dance studio is it
not sure about the disco line dance but one of my students told me last nite when were watching that we could do it
