My WOW moment.

Yesterday, my aunt (who has also lost 50 lbs- non surgical) and I took my boys to Acadia National Park.  They wanted to climb rocks, so we took them up Gorham Mountain.  It's a very easy climb and very appropriate for a 3 and 6 year old.  I did this climb 2 or 3 years ago and was sooooo tired by the time I got to the top.  Yesterday, I wasn't tired AT ALL!!!  It really blew my mind.  I've never, ever climbed a mountain without being sore or fatigued by the time I got to the top.  I will post some pics in my profile of the boys and me at the top.
(18 lbs lost in pre-surgery program)

What a wonderful WOW Judi!  I've never been to Acadia and I hope to go relatively soon.  I've heard it's beautiful and there's some great hikes/walks there.

You are looking amazing!  I love those pics of you and your boys.  Isn't it awesome to be able to do physical things again?  I never want to go back.
