Well, I didn't get to meet the surgeon. I went to my appointment and was told he got called away to do unexpected surgery. I got rescheduled for next Tuesday, with a hope that if something opens up sooner they will call me. I was soooo looking forward to meeting him today :(

Great news! they called me and I was still able to go in and meet him today! He is on board with doing my surgery so now they said they will petition my insurance and then will call me to schedule the surgery! :) yay!

He is super nice and I felt very comfortable having him do my surgery. Good luck with quick turn around with your insurance decision. If they deny, fight them tooth and nail and sometimes they deny hoping you will give up.
