Gaining Weight like CRAZY!!!
OK starting to panic. In the past two weeks I seem to be gaining weight. Tomorrow is my official weigh in for my one year anniversary an it looks like I will be up like 3-4 pounds. Not impressed. Not sure what is going on. In November and December I had only a few pounds of weight loss then in January I had 9 pounds lost. February I gained one , two pounds. At one point I actually got to 159.8 for all of two seconds. I have been playing around with the same two pounds for over a month weighing in at 160- 162 since the end of January. Now I am up to 165. I am not eating any different ....if anything I have cut back on snacking as it was getting to be an issue with not feeling well (to many carbs) and thought that was the reason for the stall. I am also working out 3-4 times a week. I don't think it's water weight either. Could it be rebound? Any way I am not impressed!!!!!!
Weight includes 21 Pounds lost on 2 Week Pre-op Diet
I wish I knew what to tell you. Maybe it's just normal fluctuation? Is it that time of month? Maybe water retention? I know how hard it is not to freak - I freak over a pound but I'm trying to be more easygoing about it. I hope it's just a fluke and they're gone in a couple days. Good luck on your appt. tomorrow!
Welcome to my world......lol. Fluctuations are normal just hard to deal with in our minds (at least for me!). Don't worry too much. Just keep doing what you are supposed to be doing (protein first, measure, log, get your fluids, exercise, etc) and it'll all be fine. Stressing about it makes my weight go up......or maybe it's because I'm a stress eater? I'm not sure. It stinks to see the scale going in the wrong direction...........just keep working your tool! You can do it!
