Finally
Finally I broke through the stall from he**. I was stuck within the same 4 lbs. or so for about 2 months and finally this week lost about 2 lbs. I was falling victim to the devilish carbs and probably getting more calories than I thought. I'm getting back to basics and cutting out most all the "bad" carbs and upping protein and exercise. It seems to be working! So for those of us stalling - it does pass - just stay the course and be willing to shake things up. Hope everyone has a great weekend!
