Feast or famine....pun intended

Between last week and the week prior, I lost 15 pounds. However, this week I've lost nil.  Its funny how when you are not thinking about it you lose some pounds, but once your mind is on squeezing off another couple of pounds, you dont.  I have lost a total of 140 pounds to date.  I'm feeling great, moving great and feeling content. Its been a long while since I've felt really good.  Not to mention the leaps and bounds my self-esteem is making.  And the growing clothes. I just  bought new jeans 2 weeks ago and the butt is getting baggy already.  Life is good.

Life IS good!  You are doing great!  Your body needs to play catch up sometimes!   Just keep your eye on the "prize" at the end which is your GREAT health!
Congrats!

RNY is wonderful!
It is amazing the losses and stalls. It all works out in the end. I like to think of the stalls as a time that my body is reorganizing and shrinking and catching up with the weight loss.

Congratulations!!!

That is awesome!  I haven't lost a pound (well except the one I keep gaining) for two months.  But I measure myself and in that time I lost two inches of my bust, 2 off my waist, and 3 1/2 off my hips.  So there ya' go!  Keep up the good work.
