New Week,,,

It's a new week, great time to get started again, right?! What's everyone eating?

(took some pain meds last night and slept in until 10 AM!! sometimes my kids really are great...)

Breakfast  1045ish:1 oz creton, 1 slice wheat bread (toasted no butter), 4 chunks pineapple.
Snack: (16 oz) milk and sf breakfast mix or protien shake
Dinner: NO CLUE... at work, something protien/fruit/vegie/grain...
Snack (only if TRUELY hungry): Fruit or Veggies or Dry Cereal
Snack (before bed @ work/midnightish) 8-16 oz milk

I have to start over again EVERY day of every week!  lol.  It's a never ending struggle for me!

Ate at my mom and dad's for lunch today, so that's NEVER good!  ha

B: 2c ff milk
S:  choc pb2 on wasa, 1 small no bake cookie
L:  3oz of ham, small amt of mashed potatoes, turnip, broc and cheese, small piece of bread, mini slice of birthday cake with some Samoas ice cream
S: light chips
D:  dunno...probably not much......still full from lunch

This is a new week and I'm hoping to make the most of it.  I got up really late this morning because I stayed out super super late last night/this morning for a friends 40th bday party.  Had a blast though!  So since I got up late and have been in the stall from hell I decided today is liquid day only.  I've been toying with doing a 3day or 5day liquids only to see if that will kickstart me.  I think I'm just going to do today though because liquids only will be too hard at work I think.  We'll see how I feel in the morning.  Hope everyone had a great weekend!

I ate a gazillionity potato chips yesterday with dip!! YIKES!!!
