Back at work again, had a headache this am and didn't get up and exercise so I have to do it tonight when I get home. 

PreB: ff milk
Coffee
B: leftover pork tenderloin
S: ? (I tend to eat my lunch early and not have a snack)
L: more baked, crabmeat stuffed haddock
S: probably some almonds and a fruit leather
Post Workout: protein shake
D: steak and salad
LNS: cheese

I really wanted to get down to a size 12, but I just am starting to think it's not gonna happen.  I think I'm stuck.

I actually ended up with 117g of protein for the day!  Not too shabby, eh?   lol

Oh good!! For some reason, I read right over the 2 cFF Milk and the Egg Cup.  What was for dinner?

I had some seafood......my fav high protein meals usually include some type of seafood!
