Wednesday's plan

Good Morning,
Same old, Same old. LOL, I feel like all i do is complain.  LIke I have said I'm doing great exercising, I've upped my exercise to 45 mins a day of "HIgh power walking" up hills, or water arobics.  4x a week, and 2 days of boxing or resistant bands, one day off. I feel a huge difference, my legs are getting tight, even my stomach. I hadn't weighted in 3 days and got on scale feeling good, my eating's been good.  AHHH, no freakin change.  I'm actually looking foward to exercising, which is something i've NEVER done.  so even without a weight change I will continue.  today's plan:  take out summer clothes and start packing for Florida, house chores.

B:  2 coffeee, egg white, tomato , mushroom, cheese

Yep!  I'm with you.  I am determined to just be a buff and healthy 230 pound woman! LOL

Outta Bed: ff milk
Coffee
B: rest of yesterday's ham/cheese omelette
S: coffee
L: some of my baked, crabmeat stuffed haddock
S: fruit rollup
Post workout: protein shake
D: salad, pork loin
LNS: cheese/almonds

I gotta pack this weekend for Vegas and California.  Not sure I need summer clothes though....  :-(

Hello!!
Working all day...so wanting to exercise but still not okay'd by the DR. after knee surgery.

Morning:  too much coffee
Breakfast:  6oz vanilla yogurt with 3/4 cup bran flakes and a few raisins
Snack:  peanuts & crystal light
Lunch: healthy choice chicken fiesta soup (drained) topped with shredded cheese & 1/4 c sour cream & a cheese stick will follow w/ crystal light
Snack:  planned banana & pretzels will follow w/ more crystal light
Dinner:  planned pork & veggies will follow w/ protein hot cocoa
Snack:  unplanned at this time will follow with BED

No time for exercise around here!  Does doing the groceries count as exercise?  lol  Had a day at work with a new therapist, so the eats were kinda hit and miss.
Oh well!

dinner:  not sure yet
lns:  looks like some light chips and some only 8, if I can fit it all in

I've been having a dull ache in my pouch the past coupla days, especially when it's empty.  Not sure if it's just a hungry feeling or if it may the starting of another ulcer.  Who knows!?!?!?!

Ahhh it seems that scalenotmovingitis is a very contagious disease.  I just don't know whether my body's saying "I'm done" or "work harder".  My eating isn't that bad and I've been exercising more than recently, but the scale is just playing leapfrog.

B:  Chobani Strawberry yogurt - coffee later
S:  Banana (small)
L:  Chili and a cheese stick
S:  South Beach energy mix nuts
D:  1/2 Chicken Parmesan breast
S:  Pro Joe Mocha
S:  Pistachios

I went to the gym tonight but didn't stay long because I wasn't feeling well.  Hope everyone had a good day!
