Monday, what are you doing/eating today?
Okay, so yesterday was Daytona 500 and my eats were a disaster. On the other hand my fit bit says I burned over 3000 calories so I should be okay... Weight was the same as last Monday.
Today:
PreB: ff milk
Coffee
B: high protein cereal and more FF milk
S: protien shake
L: shrimp (I bought ten pounds yesterday)
S: probably none
D: not sure yet but I'm sure if will include salad and some protein
I am going to work part of the day today. I have my nine month NUT appt. tomorrow am but I'm not sure about the weather.

My eats were horrible yesterday too, but not because of the race! lol It just seems like sliders and junk food is staying down better than protein. It's NOT a good combination!
I was supposed to work today but stayed home with pain and an upset stomach....just NOT feeling well. I don't think the eats are gonna be very good today either. We'll see what happens!

Thanks Kelly and Cheryl. They're still working on it. I go see the GI doc next Monday and I go see the Osteopath again on Weds, this week. I think the osteopathic treatment is helping some, I just have some days that are better than others. Today just happens to be a "not so good day". Tomorrow will be better!

well, yesterday was worse then a disaster.� OMG, I�had like 3 pieces of cake, mashed potato's (a few times)� ugggg, damn left overs.� did get in a walk yesterday, and not sure about today.� got my swim bag packed, but am having a hard time getting motivated this morning. and need to be there by 10:30, to I�might just opt for a walk when I put some pants on.
EDIT: 45 mins power walk

L: chicken breast, cranberry sauce, 2 T mashed potatoes (damn leftovers)
S: Popcorn, fire ball, 23 almonds
D: wrap w/mustard, tomatoes, sl ham, onion
S: Jello

I'm home alone today-everyone is out and about. I've been sorting, straightening and cleaning.
A walk is a good idea.
The plan for this afternoon is sewing and ironing all the stuff I keep looking at and don't wear because it's not ironed. I've got a favorite dress I shrunk out of- needs some altering.
