Exercise the thigh
I suggested a utube video a few weeks ago using resistant band (u can get them at Walmart for $10) it works thighsvery well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DC9jkkEjlLI
Unfortunately, all the exercise in the world won't make the skin "shrink", which is my issue. My inner thighs look like one of those sharpei puppies! lol I've exercised, walked, ran, etc, etc, etc, but I still have quite a bit of skin on the innner thighs, though my quads are quite well defined.
Those exercise bands work really well, or some inexpensive ankle weights( to do some sitting exercises or standing exercises) or just walking, doing stairs (repeatedly) is really good exercise for the thighs too.
