RNY Restaurant Suggestion

SO, my good friend from grad school is coming in to town today.  She has had an RNY and we are going out for lunch.  I am still pre-op so i don't know too much..where is a good restaurant to take someone for lunch who is post op?  I am in the Gorham Portland area so if you can think of a chain or type of restaurant thats better then others that would be great!
