TGIF! What are you doing/eating today?

Well exercise has been a challenge for me this week. I haven't felt like getting out of bed in the morning so therefore I've only worked out a few days this week. Will do the Wii tonight when I get home though and I have been better about eating on plan.  (except for those damn chocolate chip cookies DSD made, I only ate two though in two days)

PreB: ff milk

Coffee

B: crustless chicken/broccoli quiche

S: click protein shake
L: the protein turkey meatball w/nsa sauce and dreamfield's pasta I didn't eat yesterday (went out to lunch and had about 1/5 of a chix tostada and some chips/salsa)

S: fruit leather

D: salad and leftover turkey (damn I wish this was gone...)

LNS: a big ole' vodka/diet cranberry TGIF!

 Yesterday was a bad day for me and so was this morning, but I'm getting back on track.  I was stressed yesterday and ate terribly.

This morning was a staff breakfast.  I had 1/4 of a bagel central bagel with some cream cheese and some fruit.  Not much for protein choices and I left my protein shake on the kitchen counter as I was trying to get Joey out the door with all of the stuff for his 100th day of school and Valentine's party.

Lunch -- Tuna salad w/ whole grain crackers

S -- Roasted Garbanzo beans

D -- ?? Probably a homemade soup or chili.  I'm thinking maybe a chicken soup (chicken, broth, veggies)

Gotta get out and move today, too.  I'm going to try to run after dinner.  I've been walking, but I haven't been running for a few weeks.

Exercise is ALWAYS a challenge for me right now!  BOOHOO!!   Hopefully that will improve soon!

Awful eating day today....I'm still blaming it on the pain...lol.  I tend to rationalize it that way anyways!

B:  2c ff milk, egg mug
S:  pb2 on wasa, no bake cookie, 1/2 of a graham cracker
L:  fiber one yogurt and ANOTHER no bake cookie  OOIIYYY!!!!  Those have GTG!!!!!  Dang DH!
S:  trying to skip it!!
D:  not sure yet
lns: probably some only 8 and some light chips

Oh well, tomorrow is another day!
