Food journal to Hump Day

Good morning ya'll.......

I have done awesome this week and the scale shows it, i've lost 3 lbs. since monday.  I'm happy, lets hope I can keep this up for 4 weeks.  I did 2 workouts yesterday.  LIquid Toneing class was tough on the arms, (Im weak cause of old neck injury) Leg part much easier, I think all the walking I do helped that.  and was happy I wasnt the fattest girl in class either.  (OR OLDEST) haha, funny how that is starting to make a difference too.  anyway.  here is my plan for today.  and GIRLS< I"m trying to get in my 4 x week of cardio and 2x week of arms.

B:  2 coffee
B:#2  1 c black beans  (SO FREAKIN GOOD) I could eat this everymeal
L:  tuna fish sandwich
S:  popcorn & fire ball
D:  salad w/ chicken and cheese ff dressing
S:  Jello
2 mile walk , errands in town, tanning  (I think i've over done it, got ice on my knees) damn it, i just can't win.

Okay, got the kiddo to the High School to start her enrollment.  Now I have to get stuff from her "Mother" to get her enrolled.  She won't be going this week and next week is vacation. Poor kid.
I am destined to always have children I think.

Didn't work out this am as I was so sore and achy from the last few days. Will do an hour of Plyometrix (jump training) tonight after work.

Post workout: protein shake

D: salad and some leftover turkey casserole

Does getting groceries count as exercise because that's about all I'm up for today!  lol  I saw the osteopathic doc today, no difference and I'm waiting for a call back from my PCP.  I just love waiting!  NOT

Anyways:  here's the plan, so far:

B:  2c ff milk, egg mug
S:  pb2 on wasa
L: south beach pizza
S:  no time
D:  not sure, depends what time I finish with groceries
lns:  probably some only 8

You all are doing great with the exercise!  Keep it up and get some done for me, ok?

Ruth, I walked 2 miles today but my goal was to go for 3, and i'm just not going to do it. one mile was at the Mall, and the second here from my house to rt. 26 all up hill, I had 2 workouts yesterday, I'm determined to do 3 miles but i dont see it being up hill.  It is so boring alone.  I need my team to support me.  Your in pain, Kathy G is in recovery, my friend Tammy had surgery last week.  OMG,  you guys just need to all quit your jobs so you can walk with me.

Hope everyone had a good day.  I started at the new job this week and there's no real work yet so it's SO boring.  Which makes me sleepy, which makes me want to eat.  But I didn't do too bad.

B:  Chobani Pineapple yogurt
S:  Planters Nut-trition energy bar
L:  1/2 tuna melt on 1/2 slice wheat bread and a little 7 bean salad
S:  Mini Babybel
S:  Atkins Chocolate shake
D:  Chili w/cheddar cheese
S:  not sure maybe a Pro Joe

I did kickboxing tonight so I'll probably see a gain tomorrow on the scale.  I guess we'll see in the morning...
