Okay, two week (and beyond) challenge.
So for those of us that need support (me) today starts the two week challeng to only eat what's on the plan and to do as much exercise as possible (for some that might be arm weights, for others snowshoeing up giant hills....)
Pre Workout: ff milk
Post Workout: Click shake
Now: coffee
B: shrimp
S: protein water
L: chicken stew (I'll be glad when this is gone...)
S: fruit leather
D: leftovers (salad and turkey)
LNS: popcorn (only 3 cups, not 5)
Todays workout: one hour of weights and 15 minutes of ab ripper.
B: 2c ff milk, 1/2 c of Hilo cereal and 1/4 ff milk to soften it up (4 light potato chips! BAD BAD! lol)

S: probably some Only 8! (Not much of it left...!! YIKES!)

I started yesterday and did very well, so on to day 2, my challenge is for 4 weeks.
B: 2 coffee's, 23 oz water, 1 sl turkey
S; 100 cal popcorn, 23 oz water
L: salad ff dressing, 2 slices turkey 23 oz water
S; 1 c black bean soup
D: 1 c black bean soup, turkey and cheese sandwich w/mustard
S: Jello
Exercise: 2 miles walk, liquid toneing class Leaving for class in 30 mins, all packed... great 2 days so far.
(LIquid Toner Class was kick ass, It hurts to type)
B: Chobani Pomegranate yogurt
S: Atkins Dark Chocolate Shake
S: Nut-trition Energy Bar
L: 1/2 Tuna Melt on 1/2 slice of wheat bread and a pickle spear
S: Clementine
D: 3 oz. rotisserie chicken and 1/2 c. 7 bean salad
S: maybe some pistachios
No workout today because I've been really exchausted this week. I plan on kickboxing tomorrow night after work though.
