Nature is conspiring against me

In December finally got my treadmill set up here at work.  Was able for two weeks to walk at lunch..it was great..then I got a hellacious cold that last two weeks.  Just started getting better from that..just started walking again at lunch and last Monday slipped on the ice and bruised the hell out of my tailbone...hurts to sit, stand, walk, move, lay down...anything!  It really sucks!  I need to kick up my metabolism and "move to lose" but EVERY time I start my exercise regime I a) get sick or b) fall and hurt myselt (butt, ankle, leg, name a body part I have done it).  Anyone know how long it takes for a bruised tailbone to stop hurting so bad?

I feel for you, I was not allowed to exercise for seven weeks due to hysterectomy and I didn't lose a pound!

20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

I have falled on my tailbone before, on the ice, and it is horrible pain. I am so sorry. I know how it can feel like a conspiracy at times. *hugs* feel better
