So, in keeping with Emily's theme and knowing that we all have to eat regardless.  Let's get each other motivated to move ourselves as many days a week as we can.

Today I got up at 4 am and did an hour and a half of yoga (some of it I can't do so I just stand there).


20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.
