For Sale, Toyota Camry...Whatcha'doin/eatin today?
Seriously, can I interest any of you in a 2007 Toyota Camry? LOL
Today I got up at 4:15 and did the P90X workout and the Ab Ripper with DH, tonight he is making me do an hour and a half of YogaX because HE didn't want to do it yesterday.
Yesterday I did better with food, but it is PMS time and that make it tough.
Pre Workout: FF milk
Post Workout: protein shake
Coffee, Coffee
B: shrimp (are you jealous Tracy?)
S: yogurt w/fiber twigs
L: chili
S: Almonds? or fruit
D: pork chop and veggie
Get ready to laugh, I dancericized for 30 minutes to Michael Jackson last night. First exercise in a long time. I did break a sweat and my heart was pounding so I guess that was good. I was under 200 lbs this morning!!!!!!!!! I did the happy dance around the kitchen (that must have burned at least 50 calories! ) LOL
The p90x is a hard workout, good for you. I am getting really serious about losing this last 35 lbs now, so may want to get that program some day soon. Good luck to you Kelly.

Yesterday included TOO much snacking...again! Stress and pain is getting to me, I think!!!
Heading to the Osteopathic doc today, so this should be interesting!

L: fage, blueberries and hilo cereal
S: protein bar, if I'm running late
D: not sure yet!
I need to get groceries today, but it's not looking good, time-wise! We'll see what happens!
