Let's try something new.  If I have to put down what I actually ate, maybe I'll think twice about it.

Today I am at work and have to go home and get my homework done. I failed my classes last Fall and am having to retake them.

Yesterday:

Pre B: FF milk

B: DD egg white wake up wrap
L: seafood chowder w/saltines
S: none
D: tostada

LNS: popcorn, low-carb crackers w/laughing cow cheese, and then I ate a breakfast sandwich!  Yep, the whole damn thing too. Oh, and two vodka and diet cranberry.

 



20 pounds lost during two week pre-op diet.

I am trying out some new pain meds today, so we'll see how that goes.  I'm not thinking I'll be able to take these and go to work either....oh well.

Yesterday wasn't very good eating wise......I was hurting and took comfort in food (not good!) 
Yesterday:
b:  2 c ff milk, egg mug, some dark chocolate
S:  light potato chips
L:  shirataki noodles, tomato sauce, meatless meatballs
s:  junk....it's WASN'T pretty!  lol
D:  stir fry
s:  some Only 8 and  CHEETOS!  OMG!  I felt ill afterwards too!  Serves me right!

Here's hoping that today goes better!
