ONEDERLAND BABY!!!!
Hi Sara,
I'm loving running. I do a walk/jog for about 1.5 miles. I've been working out at my school as we have a pretty descent fitness room and I can work out right after I'm done school before I pick up my kids. I've been running around my neighborhood after the kids are in bed. I have a .75 mile loop that I do twice. It starts with an uphill which I walk and then I jog the flats and down hills. I figure that I'll just keep doing that loop and adding loops.
I'm looking forward to the snow leaving so I can jog around broadway park.
