try resistance bands

I've been boxing and useing some resistance bands for my arms, they are really weak and have always been large and flabby, even as a young girl.  but I came accross this u tube workout.  and Thought I would share, you could get a full workout right at home or at the office with just the resistance bands.  check this out.

it's amazing the different exercises you can do with them!  We are using them in my "Boot Camp" class.

I use them with my patients all the time!  They are great and very versatile!

I use mine when we do the P90X, I have them hanging from the ceiling and use them like I'm doing chin ups (which there is no way I could haul my 235 pound ass up to a chin up bar).
