in a RUT
Im not doing so well, that is why i stopped with my daily post, I started my days good and around supper just lost it and never wrote down what I was eating so I figured why bother, BUT, the scale has gone up another 2 lbs this week, i'm up 8 lbs from my lowest. so even if i'm lying on my posts I guess its better then not doing it at all, so I'll try again. Not sure why and what is wrong with me, your' all doing so well, why can't I just follow the rules and get this done???

Well I'm not doing well and appreciate your posts. I ate an entire sleeve of wheat ritz crackers yesterday, in ONE sitting. Seriously?? WTF? I just blogged about the rest of my food day and it was pretty darn good if the crackers hadn't been there. Sigh. Not talking about the scale :( It's down from yesterday but still too high. So today;

we need to do this.... i'm seriously htinking when I go in for my year check up in April i'm going to get a "SMALL" fill, I can't tell my husband he will be so upset. He's seen me too full and is affraid, but I really need more help. I feel good restriction during the day but at night i'm wide open. i'm so depressed about this whole thing and seeing everyone doing so well makes me so mad at myself.
Man I wish I could have a fill for the evenings only! That is when I fall apart too. Do good all day, then last night ate about 15 low carb/low fat crackers with three laughing cow cheeses on them. Really? Was I REALLY hungry. NO. Oh, and once the damn almonds are gone, I'm not buying anymore. I ate a couple handfuls of those last night too, that's like 300 calories!!
