Portland Support Groups

Hey,

I was wondering if anyone attends the portland support groups through Dr. Wolff's office?  Wondered how they were?  Group size?  good facilitators?  stuff like that.

the few I went to weren't so great.  Group size varies depending on what meeting it it but I always seemed to go to the meetings where one person really seemed to take over and talk all night.

I have not gone in a VERY long time.  When I did go, I liked them.  But once in a while, you get those oddball people as Colleen mentioned.   I plan on going to the meeting next month but it will be for people that are 2+ years out. Good luck to you in your journey.  The facilitators of the meetings are awesome!
