Well here we are at Tuesday and looking at a slippery ride home and a slippery ride back in, in the morning.  I love Maine, but snow is much prettier when I don't have to drive in it!

PreB: ff milk and vits
Coffee
B: spinach/ham crustless quiche
S: yogurt w/fiber twigs
L: turkey protein meatball w/NSA sauce and dreamfield's pasta

S: protein shake

D: ? not sure probably salad and some sort of protein

LNS: ?

I am ready for spring!  I'm tired of snow!
Been an awful eating day today due to being in the ER since 8am....got lots of protein to make up....ain't gonna happen!  haha

B: 2c ff milk
Afternoon snack/supper: scallops with veggies
snack later: something high in protein...ideas???

Vodka and pain pills?  I don't understand why they can't figure out what is wrong and help you. 

Scallops are very high in protein, but most anything. I add unflavored protein powder to my turkey meatballs. You been at this longer than me!! Ohhh, how about a nice omelet?

Hey, you just reminded me that I never had my protein shake.  Well, guess that's what I'm gonna do now.
