a new week

well as you've all noticed I'm kinda tracking my progress (or non progress), daily activites and such on here,  kinda turned into my journal page.  after my Strentuous workout yesterday I couldnt' wait to jump on the scale this morning.  haha, yup, I gainned 3 lbs. i'm not changing my plan, I said I was upping my exercise to 4 days a week and I'm sticking to it.  my food plan isn't working so I need to try something new.  I know that after seeing and DOING what other people do yesterday I realized that I dont come close to a normal person's workout,  this was UNBELEIVABLE.  and there was no quitting, cause I would have be left behind in the woods.  I had to push,  and I did it.  so today's exercise will be boxing and shoveling, and no, probably not close to what I did yesterday.  I'm affraid to go with these people again, but hey said this was the worst trail they do,  but, i'll tell you, next time this girl is eating a better breakfast before.

I got some decent exercise too and an hour long walk in the snow last night mostly up hill and this am 267.8.  The highest, again. I did forget to take my BP diuretic yesterday so in my fantasy world that plays a role.  Not sure what exercise will be today, the gym is closed.  Maybe I'll try some Wii fit.  Tomorrow is a gym morning.

D: no idea yet
S:  this is what's been killing me.  I haven't been that hungry at night but DP keeps making huge bowls of popcorn with BUTTER.  Like you can avoid that smell.....grrrr......so I eat it and get angry.  UGH.

Sorry but exercise=weight gain from fluid retention to heal muscles......just a fact of life.  It'll go back down!  AND.....just think about how GOOD you feel about your accomplishment!  THAT is worth more than a pound on the scale...isn't it???  You should be proud!

I am staying home this morning and hoping I can get out after lunch to see a few clients.  We'll see how it goes!

Back to work full days today for me.  Yuck!  Exercise does catch up after awhile, those muscles you build will burn more calories and then you will start to lose.

PreB: ff milk

Coffe

B: yogurt w/fiber twigs

S: chicken/broccolli crustless quiche
L: lasagna or protein shake depending on how hungry I am
S: whatever I didn't have at lunch

D: Salad (of course) and some leftover meat

LNS: thinking I might make me tapioca, havent had that in a long time and made w/skim milk and egg whites is pretty high in protein and almost fat free.
