Sunday, still in my pjs... what are you doing/eating?
Well, I haven't done anything today. Doing some homework and still in my pjs... Planning on sewing some pants for a girl I work with and not much else. Was going to go ice fishing but DH hurt his back so he is asleep in the recliner with a heating pad.

B: a small piece of ham and scr. egg
S: click shake
L: 1/2 a small hamburg pizza without the crust (except for a little of the crunchy edge)
D: ? they have moose meat, I'll probably have salad...
LNS: couple of ****tails (only way I can watch football)
Tomorrow back on the wagon with no alcohol, no bad carbs and back to exercise. I picked up quite a few of my bad habits over the holidays and I need to get back to basics.

ok, be prepared for some bad language.... HOLY **** I just got my ass kicked and handed to me today, I did 3 miles of snow shoeing which burns twice as much as walking, which means I did 6 miles. UP HILLS< downs steep slopes that I was hanging on to trees, branche****ting me in the head, I thought I saw GOD, maybe more then once. and let me say this group we went with looked like they were going to a fire. I am so happy i did it, and love snow shoeing. but i need to stick to maybe a slower pace, bring water, take a break. I sweat so much I had crystals on my face. lol I'm happy I didn't have to poop cause i would have had a big pile in my pants. wow what an experience. I have NEVER done this much in my life.
Good for you Cheryl! I'm so proud of you! BUT.....I'm in my jammies now and I think I might take a nap in a few minutes. I had to take my DD and her friend to some softball games this morning which meant I had to get up and get moving at 530am! I just wanted to sleep today! Oh well!

S: protein bar at the softball games
L: scallop and veggie stir fry and one of dh's cookies
D: ?? maybe some shirataki noodles with sauce and some chicken?
s: only 8 or some light chips or maybe both! haha!

Today I played piano at church and am now at a "glass jam" weekend at the glass studio. After posting I'll walk to the bank for some fresh air and exercise.

I'm still in my jammies too but I did clean three bathrooms, one kids room, playroom, kitchen and living room. So I don't feel too lazy. Hoping to go skiing tomorrow if it is not too cold.

It's 7 p.m. and I'm still in my PJ's been doing laundry and cleaning all day. I am going to go for a run tonight, though in about an hour. We just finished dinner a 1/2 hour ago.
B- Whole grain cranberry oatmeal with 1/2 scoop of unflavored protein powder and milk.
S- 1/2 cup almonds
L- Lean cuisine pecan chicken. Just ate the chicken and a few bites of rice and veggies
S- 5 beef teriyaki jerky nuggets (homemade)
D- slice of pork roast, a little potato and a few green beans.
