ummm, ouch.  my body from my heals to my neck hurts today.. no plans for today, I'm so tired this morning, need my coffeeeeee, my bed looks so good right now.
Weight: 200.8  up one, after exercise and doing good?? hmmm

B:  Coffee, ww macaroni w/sauce 1.5 cup (leftover looked good)

My bed looks good too!  Little Guy has a chronic cough the doctors can't figure out and now is sick on top of it, he's a coughing mess poor thing.

Well, I'm glad it's Friday.  My plan starting Monday is to get back to water (and no more vodka for awhile) my scale said 235 this am, up two.

PreB: FF milk and antibiotic

Now: coffee

B: yogurt w/fiber twigs

L: wake up wrap at DD
S: Coffee
D: moose burgers w/2% cheese and no bun

LNS: ****tails and popcorn

My plans got changed as I have to go pick up DSD in Bath, so no time for a workout and lunch on the road!

 3 more lbs until I'm in onederland!!  I'm so excited and right now I'm feeling great and super motivated.  Actually enjoyed my workout last night (after it was over.)  Every 5 minutes I cranked the tread mill up and jogged for 2 minutes.  I never thought I'd like jogging, but I do.  I can't wait until it gets a little warmer and I can get outside to jog.


B- protein coffee

S- babybel cheese and a slice of hard salami and a few multigrain crackers

L- more of the Italian bean salad from yesterday

S- Greek Yogurt

D- I'm on my own with the kiddos tonight.  Dave has a meeting in Portland and won't be bac****il 8 or so.  I think I'll do individual mini-pizzas made on whole grain tortillas.

I have zero energy today, so I didn't go to the pool at the Y.  I keep dozing off in my chair all morning.  Perhaps it has something to do with how often my pouch pain has been waking me up during the night, but a few sips of milk seems to calm it down so I can sleep for a little while more.  Occasionally it takes a shot of Maalox.

B:  Oatmeal cooked in skim milk with added milk powder.
S:  1/2 cup skim milk
L:  cheese stick + ?
S:  1/2 cup skim milk
D:  ?
S:  1/2 cup skim milk

Dairy is my focus for now, since it seems to comfort my pouch.

oh, Bev i'm sorry your not feeling well.  I am feeling so sluggish today too, I never feel like this,  I even took a nap and i NEVER take naps.  from the minute i work up I felt so sleepy. must be something in the air.  hope you get to the bottom of your pain.

Bev...hope you've called the doctor...that just doesn't seem right!

Cheryl....exercise makes your retain fluid to help your muscles repair themselves...hence the weight gain.  Sorry....it'll get better!

I am going to try to go to the gym today as my son REALLY wants to go!  We'll see how much I actually do!

Today was a pretty good day.  I've been doing better with exercise - 2 days at the gym this week and going tomorrow morning and probably Sunday too.  Then kickboxing starts Monday night so I should be doing good if I can get 4 workouts a week in.  Have had some personal issues the last few days but I'm not turning to food - so that's good.  I'm dying to go shopping though!  Damn transfer addictions...  The good news is that the scale FINALLY moved.  I'm down about 3 lbs. this week so I hope to keep it going.

B:  Blueberry greek yogurt
S:  Luna bar
L:  1/2 slice of breakfast pizza
S:  Choc covered pretzels 100 cal pack (bad choice but yummy)
D:  don't know yet
S:  clementine probably
