don't do ham
Holy Crap, I made a big ham last night, and picked and picked at the damn thing for a few hours. I was good all day, but that Ham??? did me in. got on the scale today and it was up 4 lbs from yesterday, yup, 4??? so as you know I'm pissed off and having a *****y morning. I'm doing liquids today (other then my jello and 100 cal popcorn). this is rediculous,

Oh I hate ham for that very reason!! I always pick at it and the sodium makes me retain water weight for like three days!
PreB: FFmilk and headache medicine (I Hate migraines too!)
Now: coffee and more imitrix
B: yogurt and fiber one twigs
L: (hubby hijacked me for lunch, had fried haddock and few fries....)
S: protein shake
D: something with ground turkey (have to cook it or freeze it)
LNS: popcorn, of course and cheese stick
