don't do ham

Holy Crap,  I made a big ham last night, and picked and picked at the damn thing for a few hours.  I was good all day, but that Ham??? did me in.  got on the scale today and it was up 4 lbs from yesterday, yup, 4???  so as you know I'm pissed off and having a *****y morning.  I'm doing liquids today (other then my jello and 100 cal popcorn). this is rediculous, 
Scale: 204.4 (explative)

B:  Coffee and Protein pop
L:  Protein pop and jello
D:  Popcorn, jello
water, water, water.....................
My goal was to loos 4 lbs this week not gain.

Don't beat yourself up it is gonna be all water weight. Ham is loaded with sodium. It will come off almost as quick as it went on.

Oh I hate ham for that very reason!!  I always pick at it and the sodium makes me retain water weight for like three days!

PreB: FFmilk and headache medicine (I Hate migraines too!)
Now: coffee and more imitrix
B: yogurt and fiber one twigs

L: (hubby hijacked me for lunch, had fried haddock and few fries....)
S: protein shake

D: something with ground turkey (have to cook it or freeze it)

LNS: popcorn, of course and cheese stick

all the more reason to drink water, water, water....flu**** out.  You said yu take a diuretic too right?  That helps.

Ham is the debbil!  I stay away most of the time bacause of the sodium and fluid increase!  keep pumping the water into you!
